ASIA EXCHANGE - Study Abroad in Asia
Are you interested in studying abroad and of unforgettable experiences in China, Bali Indonesia or Thailand?
An increasing number of students complete a part of their degree abroad. A study semester in exotic Asia can be the best experience of your life and it benefits your career.
Asia Exchange provides study programs at Asian universities for students or graduates from Western countries. The teaching is provided by the following prestigious Asian universities:
- Bali, Indonesia - Udayana University
- Bangkok, Thailand - Kasetsart University and Siam University
- Canton, China - Guangzhou University
- Phuket, Thailand - Prince of Songkla University
All of the universities are internationally recognized by IAU (International Association of Universities).
You can participate alone or with friends. Applying is easy and you will be informed of being accepted within a week of sending in the application.
The semester payments are cheaper than ”freemovers” (i.e. students finding a study place abroad on their own) are paying. Request information about scholarships and transferring credits for studies completed abroad from your possible home university.
Majority of the students participating are from Nordics and German speaking countries. However, university students also from various other countries have participated the study semesters represent by Asia Exchange.
Who are the programs suitable for?
The study abroad programs are suitable for those who are interested in Asia and studying abroad, and are willing to expand their horizons and explore Asian cultures. The students will benefit from the studies as well as the extracurricular experiences later on in their working life. Most of the participants in the programs are students of economics, technology, political science or tourism. The programs are also often attended by students with other subjects as their majors, who take the chance to take interesting minors or elective courses in an inspiring environment.
