REGISTRATION FEE
Notification: Registration fee waived for First award winners at the last VIII Medical scientific conference 12-15 October 2011!
Registration and advanced payment by 15th September 2010
Active Participants: 30.00 EUR for International Participants
Passive Participants: 25.00 EUR for International Participants
Registration and payment at the registration desk on arrival
Active Participants: 36.00 EUR for International Participants
Passive Participants: 30.00 EUR for International Participants
Registration fee covers:
Attending Workshop
Welcome party
Attending Opening Ceremony
Attending all Conference Scientific Sessions
Admission to the exhibition area
Attending Closing ceremony
Conference bag, documents, abstract book, final programme and other conference materials
Certificate of attendance
Walk through Pleven’s cultural sights
Coffee breaks and snacks
POSTER BOARDS
The poster should be 100cm X 80cm (Length X Width). Each participant with a poster should make sure that one’s poster complies with the standard dimensions allotted for the poster. Posters will be on display in the poster area for the entire duration of the conference. Pins for fastening the posters will be available in the poster area.
EXHIBITION
A large space is available for the exhibition, which will take place during the conference. Companies interested in participating are requested to contact the Organizing Committee.
