ELSA Bucharest takes great pride in presenting the 3rd Edition of Banking and Finance Law International Summer School, event which will come to pass during the 18th and 29th of July, 2011, in Prahova Valley, one of the most treasured landscapes in Romania.

Banking and Finance Summer School is a relatively new event, unexampled in South Eastern Europe. Possessing a strong desire to cover a vast area of this domain, Banking and Finance Law Summer School has set itself to deepen the study of financing contracts, a topical issue not addressed by the Romanian universities.

The main purpose of our Summer School is to provide information about the experience of working in this particular field, beginning with the fundamental notions referring to contracts and litigation and ending with some practical aspects.

Renowned lecturers and appreciated practitioners will be invited to take part in drawing up the academic agenda of the event, and most importantly, they will attend the seminars and workshops and share their expertise with the participants.

The 3rd edition of Banking and Finance Law aims to bring together up to 30 interested students from all over the world and give them the opportunity to improve their understanding of banking and finance law.

The participation fees are:
ELSA Members from favoured countries:25 Euros/day
ELSA Members from non-favoured countries: 28 Euros/day
ELS: 28 Euros/day
Non-ELSA Member: 30 Euros/day
Non-Student: 35 Euros/day

The participation fee includes: accomodation, meals, study visit, academic materials, diploma

Social Programme (including sightseeing, parties and Galla Ball) - 30 Euros
Transportation (airport - hotel) - 12 Euros
